Watch out for colour plan
They send you new order automatically until you cancel take money out of account. Didn't like this.

Livraison très lente
Colis envoyé le 17 avril et toujours pas reçu. Impossible de suivre le colis par l'expéditeur. Les précédentes couleurs étaient trop foncées, j'espère que celle que je recevrai sera adaptée. Cependant, le service cherche des solutions semble-t-il, j'espère que cela sera une bonne solution

Brûlures et allergies
Trop corrosif, voire dangereux.. J'essaie de supprimer l abonnement de livraison qui n était pas stipulé.. Impossible !! Arnaque arnaque..

Könnte besser sein
Leider deckt dieses Produkt nicht alle Grautöne im Bartbereich ab, habe bei der zweiten und dritten Anwendung länger einwirken lassen. Trotzdem sind da noch viele graue Haare zu erkennen. Die Farbe könnte auch kräftiger sein, ist ein leichter braun Ton, sollte schon etwas kräftiger ausfallen. Das auftragen und die Anleitung ist leicht und verständlich.

Terrible
This stuff is too light and it only last a few days. I use just for men and that is less money. The beard color you sent is expensive and not worth the trouble. I want to cancel this subscription. Thx

Most awful hair product I ever used
I have been coloring my hair almost 40 years and this is the most stupid product followed by the most stupid ploy to send you one every month even though you think you only ordering a sample but oh no they will get you then follow by them sending my stuff to probably different address since I have not been getting it in month, and had to call and cancel but kept getting bill for it and now had to on in and cancel. stay away from this product anything else out there is better than this

Wasnt aware the auto subscription will be activated after the initial sample order so was disappointed when charged for second time. Also the colour wasnt accurate, as i asked for darkest brown but the result was darkest grey instead. In order to return, the couriers wont collect without returns lebels, so couldnt return the second item.

Bonjour, J’ai acheté une coloration que vous estimez sur mesure que vous m’avez vendue très cher mais qui ne tiens pas 2 secondes car quelque soit la durée de l'attente, part après la douche.je ne comprends vraiment pas pourquoi vous avez fait ça.J'attends de votre part une explication qui tient
