"Cover most gray" did not cover any gray
UPDATE October 2024: I received a second application that was adjusted based on the first application not covering any gray. After the second (adjusted) color application, I'm still not seeing coverage of my gray. INITIAL POST: I requested "cover most gray" when going through the customization process online. Product was delivered quickly. Followed the application instructions, but didn't see any difference at all afterwards. Glad I didn't pay full price for this product.

To expensive
This is my 3rd time using it. The first time it was amazing, but the second time it wasn't great, so I got it a 3rd time just to make sure I was doing it correctly, but sure was,any it hasn't covered well, so I'll just stick to the cheaper and better products

Severe allergic skin reaction
Im not convinced the products in this are as natural as they say i had a severe skin reaction to this product my skin has blistered all over my face and is seeping puss i had to shave off all facial hair 12 hours later and apply prescription cream very painful and itchy be really careful with this product, I don't even have sensitive skin so it must contain a harsh chemical ingredient much worse reaction to this that I did using just for men and that product contains ppd and ammonia this is suppose to contain only natural ingredients yeah right !!!

I believe it’s not worth the money
I think the product needs some work colour faded really quickly within a couple of days can’t reuse product that’s left over and the price point you put it as it’s not worth the money as the same effect can be forget for half the price somewhere else

Haven't even tried it and was placed on a 3 weekly subscription.
Was sent a free sample without the knowledge that I was automatically placed on a 3 weekly subscription. Even before I've had a chance to try the product I receive an email to say I've paid for my next order. There's no number to call and by the time I know it they've dispatched the order. I have subsequently cancelled any future orders as I really find these tactics used by companies a total farce.

Déçu
Alors très déçu, j'avais demandé qu'on ajusté ma couleur blond moyen, j'avais les cheveux qui tirer sur le jaune, j'ai reçu la commande et la gros problème les cheveux presque noir,je suis passer d'un blond moyen 8.0 a un blond cendre moyen 8.10 ,comment cest possible?a couleur est meme plus foncé que le blond foncé j'ai du me raser la tête tellement la couleur était foncé,en plus j'ai bien préciser une partie des cheveux blancs, la honnêtement il faut qu'on m'explique !!!

unethical selling methods-stay away!
In a weak moment I ordered a sample, now I am trapped in a subscription for a product I would get for a fraction of the price at the local supermarket, in better quality and when I need it. It is cheaper quality and the company clearly only invests in marketing and borderline fraudulent methods.
